The satisfying “beep” we hear whenever we switch on our air-cond is one of the most satisfying sounds we hear almost everyday and by taking it for granted by expecting to hear it every time we push the “ON” button. But what if you don't? This is typically due to lack of power from a broken fuse or circuit breaker. A blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker issue could also be a result of a faulty thermostat, poorly done wiring or leakage.
A thermostat’s main job is to allow your air-cond unit to know when to work. Before calling us, you can always try to troubleshoot the matter yourself by turning the temperature to the lowest degree and checking whether the air-cond unit kicks off. We’ll be on our way if it doesn’t.
A thermostat will need to be calibrated properly in order for the air-cond to work too, or to be replaced if it is broken. Typically only the older versions dial type or analog thermostats will cause problems, however the newer generations of thermostat would occasionally need help too due to programming issues.
We would typically cover most of the issues if a chemical overhaul service is selected so that a single troubleshooting service is not needed. However, there may still be sudden complex cases where an air-cond unit stopped working after the extensive service typically on older air-cond units. We would normally advise our customers to replace them with newer units for better efficiency but nevertheless this service is still here to be picked from whenever is needed.
It depends on the problem itself, typically common repair work would take not more than an hour, however if there are more serious issues we may need to bring the component back for repairing work and parts sourcing would come into play too, for this matter it could take more than 1 business day.
